monday.com is looking for an exceptional UX/UI Product Designer to join the “Bigbrain” product team based in our Tel Aviv headquarters.
Our multidisciplinary product teams are creating new ways to help teams at monday.com scale and become more efficient and impactful with technology and data solutions. This individual will help shape and craft a portfolio of products & data visualizations that are simple and intuitive. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation as part of a team of world-class engineers, analysts, and product managers.

- As a Product Designer you will help creatively solve big real-world problems by utilizing a range of product design skills to contribute to strategic product decisions
- Be creative with UX/UI concepts that drive efficiency and streamline work using AI and other cutting edge technologies
- Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams
- Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
- Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and business teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel
- Use your expertise in multiple dimensions of design (product thinking, interaction design, execution and craft) to both elevate the products you’re working on and the teams you’re working with
Your Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms at company level scale, leading end to end experiences
- 4+ years of interaction design experience, define and evangelize how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs
- A positive attitude and great social skills, experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers
- Ability to adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High level of written and spoken English
- Experience representing work to senior executives, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.
- Experience with designing data rich solutions and visualizations - an advantage
