In this role, you will be a key-factor in leading the data strategy across various projects. About The Role

monday.com is looking for an experienced and passionate business data analyst to join our Customer Experience organization. In this role, you will be a key-factor in leading the data strategy across various projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a leader and influence the direction of impactful initiatives, while identifying and enhancing opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations of the CX Organization.

  • Analyze complex data sets independently, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team through occasional business reviews.
  • Manage end-to-end projects by partnering with stakeholders to achieve our OKR goals. Drive experimentation by designing tests and analyzing the outcomes in order to make launch decisions.
  • Assist operational teams with implementing advanced capabilities such as AI tools, work-force management tools, and much more.
  • Plan, monitor and analyze AB tests for new features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to better log data and manage the accessibility of data tables.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar data analysis role 
  • Proficient level of SQL - Must
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) - Must
  • Exceptional data visualization skills
  • Experience with statistical modeling and AB test methodologies
  • Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
  • Fluent in English & comfortable communicating with stakeholders around the globe
  • Quick learner who thrives in a high pace environment
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong attention to details
