People Technologies Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced People Technologies Team Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR tech at monday.com. In this managerial role, you’ll collaborate with HR, Recruitment, IT, Development, and Product teams to identify system needs, implement solutions, and improve HR processes. You will lead large-scale HR systems projects, manage integrations, and enhance automation to ensure the HR tech stack evolves with the company’s needs.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced People Technologies Team Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR tech at monday.com. In this managerial role, you’ll collaborate with HR, Recruitment, IT, Development, and Product teams to identify system needs, implement solutions, and improve HR processes. You will lead large-scale HR systems projects, manage integrations, and enhance automation to ensure the HR tech stack evolves with the company’s needs.

  • Lead and manage the People Technologies team, ensuring alignment across HR, Recruitment, IT, and Product teams.
  • Define and execute the HR tech roadmap, including evaluating, selecting, and implementing HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Oversee system integrations and optimize processes, identifying gaps and implementing solutions.
  • Manage large HR systems projects, from design to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation of HR workflows, leveraging system capabilities to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze HR data, generate insights, and maintain reporting systems (e.g., BI tools).
  • Provide support, training, and documentation for system users across departments.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Extensive experience in managing HR systems (SuccessFactors, Commit, etc.).
  • Knowledge of system integrations, automation, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL (a plus).
  • Proven experience as a team leader, demonstrating the ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Experience with enterprise-level HR tech in a fast-growing organization.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
