- Lead design processes and strategic initiatives for the Reporting & Analytics product, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate complex data into intuitive and actionable insights
- Design customizable dashboards, charts, and reporting experiences that enhance decision-making for users
- Conduct generative research and usability studies to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Prototype, test, iterate, and refine designs quickly, ensuring solutions are validated before developmentBalance functionality, scalability, and aesthetics, ensuring designs are both visually stunning and highly usable
Your Experience & Skills
- +years of experience designing for SaaS products, preferably with a focus on data visualization, reporting, or analytics tools
- Strong UX/UI skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive data-driven experiences
- Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping
- Deep understanding of data information design, dashboard usability, and best practices for data-heavy interfaces
- Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset
- High level of written and spoken English
