This ease of use also empowers Velv's teams to quickly find the information and make data-driven decisions. “We can create dashboards very, very easily,” says Nuno. “And at the same time, drill down in the dashboard to see the granular details that we need.”
With all client communication now managed in monday CRM, Velv has enhanced transparency across its teams and increased overall efficiency.
“What once required five emails can now be done in three clicks,” Nuno explains. Furthermore, Velv’s internal email volume dropped by nearly 80% due to automations that handle notifications and updates. These automations also ensure that the right teams are immediately informed with the correct details, preventing important customer communications from slipping through the cracks.
“As a result, the quality of our services has significantly improved,” shares Nuno. “We respond to our clients faster than ever, ensuring a more efficient and seamless experience.
