Global Partner Delivery Group Manager, Professional Services

Our Professional Services organization is expanding, and we are looking for a Global Partner Delivery Group Manager to lead our worldwide Partner Delivery team! In this role, you will lead and scale a global team of Partner Project Managers (PPMs) and Team Managers who are responsible for managing our service partner relationships and overseeing the delivery of professional services projects through our partner network. Your team ensures that our implementation partners deliver high-quality solutions to monday.com customers while maintaining strong partnership relationships that drive mutual success and revenue growth. We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented people leader with a demonstrated track record of building global, scalable partner operations and driving successful customer outcomes through external delivery channels.

About The Role

We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented people leader with a demonstrated track record of building global, scalable partner operations and driving successful customer outcomes through external delivery channels.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Partner Project Managers and Team Managers, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback to drive individual and team success
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of partner-delivered projects at scale, maintaining accountability for customer satisfaction, project outcomes, attach rates, and revenue performance across the partner portfolio
  • Define and execute the global strategy for partner delivery operations, including process standardization, delivery methodologies, performance metrics, scalability frameworks, and operational alignment across regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Partner Operations, and internal Professional Services teams to align partner delivery with global business objectives
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for partner performance management, including KPI tracking, quality assurance processes, resource load management, capacity planning, forecasting, and escalation procedures
  • Champion partner enablement and capability development, ensuring partners worldwide have the tools, training, and support needed to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and scale effectively
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Partner Project Managers and Team Managers globally while building programs to support team growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as executive liaison with key strategic partners, fostering relationships that support long-term partnership success and revenue growth

Your Experience & Skills

  • 8-12 years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Management, preferably in SaaS or technology consulting environments
  • 5-7+ years of people management experience, including managing managers, with demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
  • Strong background in partner relationship management or channel operations, with experience managing external delivery relationships across multiple regions and markets
  • Extensive experience with project management methodologies, partner governance, operations, and performance management frameworks
  • Proven ability to define global strategy and transform strategic initiatives into tactical execution plans while navigating complex organizational structures 
  • Process-focused and metrics-driven approach with experience establishing KPIs, accountability frameworks, and capacity planning models that scale
  • Experience with professional services scoping, estimation, delivery oversight, and revenue management through partner channels
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in partner enablement, training program development, or capability building initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with ability to balance partner relationship management with customer outcome accountability

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $170,000-$210,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
