We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Community Manager to join our team and foster a welcoming and collaborative environment for nonprofits and social organizations hosted at our offices. This role involves managing daily operations, initiating and coordinating events, and ensuring our spaces are optimized to support the impactful work of our guests.

About The Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for nonprofits and social organizations using our offices.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics of hosting organizations, including scheduling, space allocation, and resource provisioning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hosted organizations to understand and support their needs.
  • Initiate and facilitate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance collaboration and learning among organizations.
  • Offer hosted organizations with an overview of our company; including our mission, values, and products, and provide engaging office tours.
  • Ensure the office spaces are welcoming, well-maintained, and equipped for diverse uses.
  • Gather feedback from hosted organizations to improve their experience continuously.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of event planning and production
  • 3+ years working with nonprofits
  • Independent with proactive approach.
  • Highly organized, attention to details and problem solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills, service orientation and teamwork approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for supporting the mission of the foundation and working with nonprofits
  • A plus- experience in managing community
