- Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the design strategy for our developer platform and marketplace.
- Drive the design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, user-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a high-end look and feel
Your Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
- 3+ years in leading a design team
- You have strong leadership and social skills
- You have experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product teams.
- You have a positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
- You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- You are creative and an outside of the box thinker

Our designers lead complex processes and create a product that people love and marketing content that is creative, unconventional and impactful.
