We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Analyst Relations Manager to expand our Analyst Relations team. In this role, you will be focused on driving market validation and influence business growth through meaningful relationships and recognition in leading research publications and rating sites.

As part of our Analyst Relations team, you'll be setting and executing strategy to ensure both large and boutique analyst firms understand monday.com’s capabilities and represent them accurately to the market and their end users. You would also actively engage with analysts, answer RFI, and demonstrate vision and product capabilities.

You’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, GTM, PMM, Marketing functions, and Leadership, and play a pivotal role in shaping monday.com’s market presence as well as provide valuable insights for business decision-making.

About The Role

You’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, GTM, PMM, Marketing functions, and Leadership, and play a pivotal role in shaping monday.com’s market presence as well as provide valuable insights for business decision-making.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive AR strategy, aligning initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Foster, and strengthen relationships to ensure well-rounded analyst engagement and feedback.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute AR program activities, including briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, conferences, and events.
  • Develop compelling briefing materials, presentations, and inquiry decks that effectively communicate monday.com's value proposition. 
  • Share and present market intelligence internally to support R&D, go-to-market strategies, and key business decisions.
  • Manage rating site performance, build strategies, and leverage campaigns to influence positioning, drive demand generation, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage marketing rollouts of published reports and successes, ensuring maximum impact across sales and marketing efforts.
  • Drive strategic alignment with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to maximize program impact. 
  • Ensure analyst advice informs all applicable business activities, leveraging analyst publications to build market awareness and increase lead generation effectiveness.
  • Serve as an open channel and source of information for collecting data "on-demand," supporting various internal business needs, primarily sales, product, and marketing. Utilize published reports for marketing and sales purposes, driving demand generation and brand promotion.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as communications, public relations, or marketing (experience in Analyst Relations is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic communication or relationship-building plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills – ability to effectively present and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without direct authority.
