We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Business Data Analyst to drive data-oriented initiatives for monday.com’s loyalty and empowerment program. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer and build our evolving business while working in a start-up-like environment. 

In this role, you will be a key partner across marketing, product, and business teams, leveraging data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and guide critical business decisions. You will also play a pivotal role in measuring performance and providing valuable recommendations to stakeholders. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop hypotheses, run experiments, and validate findings through rigorous data analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end projects by partnering with stakeholders to achieve our business goals.
  • Facilitate ongoing business reviews and presentations by translating complex data into simple, compelling stories. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to track KPIs and measure success across marketing, product, and business initiatives.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product performance to uncover actionable insights.
  • Continuously improve data processes and contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the team.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, or product analysis, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
  • High-level proficiency in SQL is a must
  • Proven experience designing data models and building self‑serve dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools is a must.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, market research, financial modeling, business metrics, marketing funnels, and product KPIs.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and AB test methodologies
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to conduct market research, develop business cases, forecast trends, and connect data points to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, while being highly independent and self-driven.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an all-around-player mentality.
