About the role
As the HRBP for the APAC region, reporting to the VP of People, GTM, you will:
- Partner with our leaders and teams in the region to successfully achieve the goals of the business and drive and execute the People plan while ensuring collaboration and alignment with the global People Team and people strategy.
- Foster team and leadership effectiveness, including supporting the onboarding of leaders and coaching leaders to develop their team members.
- Provide end-to-end HR advice on a range of people-related matters.
- Drive people initiatives – including culture change, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to all levels of leadership in the region.
- Identify organizational needs, design and deliver targeted solutions, including performance management, talent management, recognition, change management, and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
- Partner with the Global HR Functions and HR Business Partners as to workforce planning, people experience, recruiting, engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural and value alignment.
- You will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, growing and developing our leaders and people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the team’s development and business goals.
- Oversee and plan monday’s People Experience initiatives.
