  • If you want to report any concerns or ask any questions regarding ethical conduct, violations of company policies or potentially illegal behavior, such as discrimination, harassment or sexual harassment, theft, corruption, any Accounting Complaint in accordance with our Whistleblower Policy (for example fraud, violation of SEC rules, etc.), workplace violence or employee relations issues (among colleagues, managers), and more. This system is designed to allow anyone to communicate their concerns in a safe and efficient manner. Should you choose you may submit your concern completely anonymous without the possibility of anyone at monday.com knowing who sent the concern.   • A reporting system called Convercent, which is designed to allow anyone to communicate their concerns safely and efficiently. This system makes it easy to report an incident about workplace issues, as detailed above. Should you choose, you may submit your concern completely anonymously without the possibility of anyone at monday.com being able to know who sent the concern.
    Our Chief People & Legal Officer, Shiran Nawi, will review all submissions in the system and will forward the content thereof on a must-know basis, which, in exceptional cases, may include (without limitations) also the Audit Committee of the Company.
