Monday has been a great tool for the marketing team at my company. We are able to better manage our weekly 1:1 meetings, and everyone can set up their boards to track progress in real time.

I love Zoho CRM’s robust automation features, which streamline repetitive tasks like lead follow-ups and workflow management, saving me tons of time. The AI assistant, Zia, is a standout, offering predictive insights and anomaly detection that help me prioritize high-potential leads. Its seamless integration with over 1,000 apps, including Google Workspace and Mailchimp, makes it incredibly versatile. Plus, the customizable dashboards and advanced analytics provide real-time insights that drive smarter decisions.

☹️ The Bad

Executive

Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

I find Zoho CRM’s interface a bit cluttered and outdated, which can make navigation feel clunky, especially for new users. The design lacks the sleek, modern look of competitors like Salesforce, and finding specific features often requires extra clicks. While it’s functional, the user experience could be more intuitive and visually appealing. A streamlined, updated UI would greatly improve my workflow.
