What is Elevate?

Elevate is monday.com’s flagship conference that brings ambitious leaders and doers to the forefront of AI for work. Across roles and industries, attendees gain the clarity, capabilities, and connections to redefine what they can achieve when AI works with them.

When and where is Elevate?

Elevate will take place at the Javits Center on October 28–29, 2026, with a Pre-conference Certification Day on October 27.

Elevate EMEA will take place at Excel London on November 24, 2026.

Who attends Elevate?

Professionals from a wide range of industries, roles, and seniority levels attend Elevate. With attendees from 200+ industries, you’ll exchange ideas with peers across fields, from tech to healthcare and beyond. The program includes dedicated role-based tracks for Operations, Marketing, IT, Sales, and PMO, so no matter your function, there’s a track built for how you work.

Can I receive a confirmation letter of participation?

If you need proof of registration beyond the email confirmation (e.g., for visa purposes), please reach out via the contact form.

How can I get in touch with you if I have questions?

Do I need to bring a laptop?

We recommend bringing a laptop if you plan to participate in hands-on masterclasses or interactive sessions. If not, you’ll still be able to access session materials and templates after the conference.

I’m from the press. Can I get media credentials? What would that include?

Yes. Press passes include complimentary tickets and VIP seating for Main stage sessions. Please contact the team to apply.

Is there a conference app?

Yes. The event app allows you to:

The app will be available closer to the event. All registrants will receive download instructions via email (Apple Store and Google Play).

I have questions about registration. Who can I talk to?

I’m not sure if my registration went through. Is there a way to check?

Check your inbox for a confirmation email. If you haven’t received one, please reach out via the contact form.

I finished registration. What happens now?

You’ll receive more details soon, including how to build your agenda. In the meantime, plan travel and accommodations as needed.

What is the refund policy?
  • Full refund up to 90 days before the event
  • Within 90 days: full refund only within 24 hours of purchase
  • Last 15 days: no refunds
I registered but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

If your request falls within the refund policy, please contact the team to process your cancellation.

I requested a refund. How long will it take?

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. If it takes longer, please contact support.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes. You can transfer your ticket through the “Manage Your Registration” link in your confirmation email.

Where can I find my registration confirmation and number?

You can find this information in your confirmation email.

I bought group tickets. How do I complete registration for my group members?

Group tickets are initially unassigned. You can assign them immediately or later using the “Manage Your Registration” link. You’ll need each attendee’s name and email address.

Pricing
Can I get a group discount?

Yes. Groups of 3 or more receive a 15% discount on the current ticket price.

Can I get a discount as a non-profit?

Non-profit organizations may be eligible for discounted pricing. Please contact the team for more information.

Will I receive a receipt after payment?

Yes. A receipt will be sent to you via email after your purchase.

What can I expect the program to include?

Elevate is designed to deliver high-impact content that helps you get real value from AI, accelerate how you use monday.com across products, and see what modern work transformation looks like in practice.

Will there be multiple tracks?

Yes. Elevate includes multiple role-based tracks so you can tailor your experience to your function and goals. More information on this is coming soon.

Are there hands-on sessions?

Yes. Elevate includes hands-on masterclasses, certification workshops, and learning labs where you can actively build skills and apply what you learn in real time.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. Networking is built into the program through:

  • Roundtables
  • Facilitated networking sessions
  • Collaboration labs
  • Social events and informal meetups
What sessions require pre-registration?

Masterclasses and roundtables have limited capacity and require pre-registration. All attendees will receive an email when registration opens, with instructions on how to secure their spot.

VIP ticket holders will receive priority access, followed by General Admission attendees.

We’ve significantly expanded the number of masterclasses and roundtables this year to give more attendees the opportunity to participate in the hands-on learning experiences Elevate is known for.

Certification Day
How can I attend Pre-conference Certification Day?

The Pre-conference Certification Day is included with the General Admission + Certification Pass or the VIP + Certification Pass. Select one of these passes when purchasing your ticket.

What if I want to upgrade to a General Admission + Certification Pass after purchasing a General Admission Pass?

Yes. You can upgrade by contacting the team via the contact form.

When does certification training take place?

Certification training takes place on October 27, 2026 at the Javits Center in NYC. Your exact session time will be shared after registration.

What should I bring?

Please bring your laptop, charger, and anything you need to work comfortably.

Do I need prior experience for the Work Management Core AI Certification?

No prior experience is required.

What experience is needed for Work Management Advanced AI Certification?

Designed for experienced users managing cross-board processes and more advanced workflows. Study guides provided.

I’ve already completed a certification. Is this still relevant?

The 2026 certifications are completely different from previous years, with a new AI-focused curriculum. Even if you’ve been certified before, this training covers brand-new AI-specific capabilities that represent a major evolution of the certification program. We recommend completing the certification again to stay up to date with new features and capabilities.

Can I transfer certification registration?

Yes. You can transfer your ticket through the “Manage Your Registration” link in your confirmation email.

How do on-site exams work?

There are no on-site exams this year. Certification is granted upon completion of the 4-hour training session.

Partner Day at Elevate
How can I register for Partner Day at Elevate?

Partner passes can be purchased through the event registration page. The primary contact at your organization should have received an invitation email with access details.

What does a Partners Pass include?

Partner passes include access to Partner Day at Elevate (Oct 27), as well as a General Admission pass to Elevate (October 28–29).

Sponsorship
Who can be a sponsor?

Anyone can apply through the sponsorship form.

How much do sponsorship packages cost?

Multiple sponsorship tiers are available. Full details are provided in the sponsorship prospectus.

Are sponsorships available at all locations?

Yes. Sponsorship opportunities are available for both the NYC flagship event and Elevate EMEA in London.

Do sponsorships include complimentary tickets?

Some sponsorship packages include complimentary tickets.

Do sponsors get discounted tickets for customers?

Yes. Please contact the team for details.

Accessibility & accommodations
Will there be accessible bathrooms?

Yes. Fully accessible restrooms are available on all floors of the Javits Center and will be clearly marked in event wayfinding materials.

I have accessibility needs. Who should I contact?

Getting to & Navigating the venue

Elevate is held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, located at 429 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10001. The venue is accessible via subway, bus, and taxi/rideshare. Accessible entrances are available on all sides of the building with level access from street level. Detailed transportation and wayfinding information, including accessible drop-off locations, will be shared closer to the event.

Will there be reserved seating for attendees with accessibility needs?

Yes. Reserved seating will be available in all general sessions. Look for designated accessibility seating areas near accessible entrances. If you have specific needs or require additional accommodation, please contact us via the contact form, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Mobility & Physical Devices

The Javits Center is a fully accessible venue. All session rooms, expo areas, and classroom spaces are wheelchair accessible, with elevators, ramps, and wide pathways throughout. If you use a mobility device, power wheelchair, or other assistive equipment, you are welcome to bring it.

Will service animals be allowed at the venue?

Yes. Service animals are always welcome at Elevate. Please note that pets and emotional support animals that do not meet the ADA definition of a service animal are not permitted inside the venue.

If you are attending with a personal care attendant or companion, please reach out to us so we can ensure appropriate access and registration support.

Will ASL interpretation be provided?

Yes. ASL interpretation will be provided during the keynote, and closed captioning will be available across all stages at Elevate 2026. If you have additional interpretation or captioning needs beyond what’s provided, please submit a request during registration and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Will there be a nursing/lactation room?

Yes. A private, dedicated nursing room will be available on-site. Location details will be in your attendee guide and on the event app.

I have special dietary requirements — what are my options?

We want everyone to feel welcome at mealtime. All catered food stations will be clearly labeled with common allergens and dietary information (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, halal, kosher, etc.). If you have a severe allergy or complex dietary need, we encourage you to flag it during registration so our catering team can plan accordingly. For questions in advance of the event, reach out to us via the contact form.
