Everything happening onsite at Elevate ’26

Event resource
September 10, 2026
Key takeaways
  • Most of Elevate is walk-up: show up, grab a seat, no reservation needed.
  • Masterclasses, Roundtables, and Spark Meetups fill fast. Reserve through the agenda on the Elevate website once registration opens.
  • Elevate Expo is basically its own mini-festival: AI Hive, Expert Bar, the Braindate Lounge, monday Hub, Product Lab, agent creation stations and more, all under one roof.
  • Elevate Explorer rewards what you’re already doing onsite (sessions, activations, conversations) with points, badges, and real prizes.

Elevate ’26 takes over the Javits Center October 28 to 29 and the main agenda is only half of it: there’s a full lineup of stages, labs, and on-site experiences built to fill every gap between sessions. Here’s every single one, what actually happens there, and where to grab a spot before it fills up.

Main Stage

Keynote stage

The flagship stage, where the biggest moments happen. Opening and closing keynotes, the year’s biggest product announcements, and conversations with Ryan Reynolds and Lindsey Vonn all live here. Open to all passes, no reservation, just show up and grab a seat.

Vantage Stage

600-seat stage, on the Elevate Expo floor

600 seats and jam packed with programming all day: product sessions, customer stories, and thought leadership stacked back to back across both days. Open to all passes, no reservation needed.

Horizon Stage

250-seat stage, on the Elevate Expo floor

Same nonstop lineup as Vantage, just 250 seats instead of 600, so it moves fast and fills up faster. Get there early for anything you don’t want to miss.

Showcase Stage

150-seat stage, on the Elevate Expo floor

Live demos from monday.com, partners, and customers: real workflows and real integrations you can walk away and actually use. Open to all passes, no reservation.

Masterclasses

Happening in the Learning Labs

Hands-on sessions where you build real things with monday.com and AI. Beginner to advanced, foundational skills to serious AI capabilities, and 3x more sessions than last year. Spots go fast.

Roundtables

Happening in the Collab Labs

Small, peer-led groups built around one topic, often kicked off by a customer speaker before the room takes it over. You’re not there to listen, you’re there to compare notes with people fighting the same fires you are. Spots are limited.

Braindate

In the Braindate Lounge on the Elevate Expo floor

Peer-led conversations you build yourself. Browse the Topic Market to see what other attendees want to talk about, post your own topic, or book a 1:1 or small-group conversation around whatever you’re actually trying to solve. Group Braindates fill up fast, so grab anything that catches your eye before you land.

Available now through the Elevate website.

Spark Meetups

In the Spark Lounge on the Elevate Expo floor

Sessions built around a shared industry or function, guided by a facilitator but driven by the room, not a single presenter. Skip the small talk about the weather, the conversation starts from real shared context. You’re with people who report to similar stakeholders, run similar systems, or are explaining AI to the same skeptical VP you are. Reserve your spot

Elevate Expo

The exhibition hall, and the beating heart of the show floor: sponsor booths, product hubs, and most of the experiences on this list, all in one place. This is where the two-day agenda spills out into something you can actually walk around in.

1:1 Expert Consultations

Elevate Expo floor

AI Hive: Sit down with an AI partner for a free, 30-minute session and actually build something around a real problem you bring in.

Expert Bar: Get quick, specific answers from monday.com product experts about your own workflows and setup, less building, more fixing whatever’s already been bugging you.

Pre-book your session to be matched with the right expert for you.

monday Hub

Elevate Expo floor

monday.com’s own product corner of the Expo floor: live demos, live features, and the fastest way to see what’s new straight from the source. Open access, no reservation needed.

Product Lab

Elevate Expo floor

Ever had an idea for a feature that doesn’t exist yet? This is where you actually say it out loud. Sit down with monday.com product teams, share what’s been bugging you or the idea you’ve been sitting on, and get a first look at what’s coming next.

Spark Lounge

Where Spark Meetups happen

One of our networking hubs in the Elevate Expo. Beyond hosting Spark Meetups, it’s open seating for whenever you need to sit down, recharge, take a call between sessions, or strike up a conversation with whoever’s next to you.

VIP Lounge

Elevate Expo floor

A dedicated space for VIP pass holders, and honestly, worth the upgrade on its own. Think swanky lounge, floor-to-ceiling windows over the Hudson River, an outdoor patio, and seating built for actually lounging in. Lunch is included, dedicated staff are on hand, and an exclusive happy hour closes out the day.

The Done Awards

monday.com’s first customer awards program, and it’s a big one: seven categories recognizing individual customers who’ve built something exceptional on monday.com, from workflows to agents to entire processes. Winners get announced live on stage October 29. Come watch, cheer for the builders, and see what’s actually possible when someone takes the platform further than you’d expect.

Elevate Explorer

A real-life game that just happens to be tracked in the app, and yes, there are real prizes. Earn points and unlock badges by actually attending sessions, visiting activations, and connecting with other attendees throughout the two days. Track your progress and the live leaderboard from the Klik tab in the Elevate app. Land in the top 3 and you’re going home major prizes (announcing soon).
