I learned about exciting monday.com features coming out soon, like multi-level subitems (!!!) and HUGE improvements to resource management, as well as lots of discussion about leveraging AI effectively and responsibly.
And finally, this powerful statement to keep in mind amidst such a period of rapid growth and change (artfully dubbed “the first trimester of AI”):
“You won’t be replaced by AI, but by someone who can use AI better than you can.”

Here are a few things that stuck with me from Adam Grant’s excellent keynote.
- Don’t ask for feedback. Ask for advice. Advice is forward-looking.
- Ask: “Can you tell me something I can rethink?”
- Take work seriously—not your ego.
- Explore alternative hypotheses. Don’t stop at A, B, or C.
- Lead like a scientist: “I might be wrong” is a powerful mindset.
