Introducing The Done Awards: Recognizing those who built something exceptional
- The Done Awards are a new monday.com customer awards program launching at Elevate ’26, recognizing individual contributors who’ve built exceptional workflows, agents, apps, and processes on monday.com.
- There are seven categories, with prizes ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 towards your next vacation. Winners are announced live on stage at Elevate in NYC on October 29, 2026.
- Submissions open July 14 and close August 14. You don’t need to be registered for Elevate to apply, but attendance is required to claim a win.
- Winners receive a trophy, a travel voucher for their next vacation, a VIP pass to Elevate, a Hall of Fame page, a featured blog write-up, and a winners circle toast with monday.com leadership.
The Done Awards are monday.com’s first customer awards program, and they exist for one reason: many people build things on monday.com that deserve a bigger audience than their immediate team.
A workflow that eliminated a process no one thought was fixable. An agent handling work that used to take a person a full day. A vibe app that became the thing an entire department runs on. Every year at Elevate, the customer stories that land hardest are the ones where someone walks through exactly what they built and why it worked. The Done Awards put that on a stage, announced live at Elevate ’26 on October 29 in New York, in front of hundreds of peers, with real prizes and real recognition attached. If that sounds like work you’ve done, keep reading.

What do winners receive?
Winning isn’t just the trophy (though there is a trophy, presented on stage in front of the full Elevate audience).
- A trophy shipped directly to your office after the ceremony
- A travel voucher toward your next trip, tiered by category
- A free VIP pass to Elevate, including priority seating at keynotes, access to the VIP lounge, and priority spots in masterclasses
- A winners circle toast following the ceremony with fellow winners and monday.com leadership
- A Hall of Fame page — a permanent URL on the Elevate website you can link to from your LinkedIn profile or resume
- A featured write-up of your use case published across monday.com and Elevate channels
- A social sharing kit with a branded LinkedIn asset, sent after the ceremony
Beyond the prizes, a stage win at Elevate carries weight. Your senior leaders see your work recognized at one of the largest tech conferences of the year. You become a known name in the monday.com community. And the Hall of Fame page gives you a permanent, linkable proof point, something concrete to point to on your LinkedIn or resume long after the event.
Finalists who aren’t selected as winners also receive a free General Admission pass to Elevate, a finalist swag box shipped before the event, and a branded LinkedIn finalist asset.
What happens at Elevate?

How do you apply?
Applications open July 14 and close August 14. The form asks for:
- Your full name and company details
- Your submission category
- Why you should win: the use case, the problem it solved, and the impact it had
- A 2-minute screen recording walking through your use case
Walk through your monday.com build directly in the recording, the boards, logic, AI capabilities, workflows, whatever you built. You don’t need to show your face or narrate the backstory, but judges need to see the mechanics. Blur anything sensitive before you submit.
Judges score on three dimensions: the clarity of the problem you were solving (30%), the specifics of what you built (40%), and the measurability of the impact (30%). Real numbers, hours saved, errors reduced, output scaled, carry submissions. Vague transformation language doesn’t.
Before you start, read the full submissions guidebook. Submissions that follow the framework consistently will score higher.

-
Do I need to be registered for Elevate to apply?
No. You don’t need an Elevate ticket to submit. But if you win, attendance at the ceremony on October 29 in New York is required to claim your award.
-
Do I need to attend Elevate in person if I win?
Yes. If you can’t make it, you can send someone else from your organization to accept on your behalf. If neither of you can attend, the win passes to the next runner-up. Winners are notified well in advance of the ceremony, so you’ll have time to make arrangements.
-
Can I submit to more than one category?
Yes. Each submission requires a separate, complete application.
-
Can I submit as a team?
No. Submissions are individual: one person per application. That said, your submission can and should reflect your team’s work.
-
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Applying is free.
-
When will I find out if I’m a finalist?
Finalist notifications go out on Sept 9, 2026.
-
When will I find out if I won?

Yes. All finalists across all categories are eligible. Once finalists are announced in The Hub, the community votes, and the finalist with the most votes wins.
-
Can I win more than one award?
No. One win per person. If you submit to multiple categories, the judging panel determines which category you’re a finalist for.
-
Can I apply if I’m a monday.com partner?
No. The Done Awards are open to direct monday.com customers only.
-
Can government employees apply?
No. Governmental entities and public officials are not eligible.
-
What regions are eligible?
All monday.com customers worldwide. If you’re based outside the US and win, flights and hotel to New York are on you factor that in before you apply.
-

-

No. Once submitted, your form cannot be edited. Read through your answers carefully before you hit send.
-
If I’m already registered for Elevate and I win, do I get reimbursed for my ticket?
Yes. If you’ve already purchased a ticket and are selected as a winner, we’ll reimburse the cost of your registration.
-
My workflow doesn’t use AI, can I still apply?
Yes, but category matters. The Best Workflow Wiz category is specifically for builds that combine monday AI capabilities, so if AI isn’t part of your submission, it won’t be the right fit. Instead, consider Best Collaborator (if your work connects teams and cuts cross-functional back-and-forth) or Best Global Impact (if you’re running monday.com across regions or languages). Read the category descriptions carefully before you apply, the strongest submissions are the ones entered in the right category.
The Done Awards ceremony takes place on October 29, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City, as part of Elevate ’26. Submissions open July 14.
