We use the CRM to track sales cycles for our various locations, each with independent sales cycles. Using Probabilities and Weighted Totals allows us to forecast revenue and make operational decisions for the company. The CRM also helps us retain and grow our industry relationships.

Executive
Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

No major dislikes. There are some sales metrics that I wish Pipeline could calculate on its own but I'm not aware of any other CRM that can do them.
