Monday has been a great tool for the marketing team at my company. We are able to better manage our weekly 1:1 meetings, and everyone can set up their boards to track progress in real time.

I have used many CRMs over the years and Nutshell is by far the best. It stands out because not only does it have a very easy interface, it's also extremely easy to personalise to suit your business.

☹️ The Bad

Executive

Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

Also, the loss of historical record of communication for a Contact when you delete an old email is problematic. We are forced to retain all of these old emails and this can create confusion.
