It's very customizable, easy to connect to other software we use and very easy to learn as I first started to use netsuite in January 2025 and I am already quite comfortable with the software.

Executive
Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

We can pull any data we want and any format we want, but it takes advanced knowledge of the solution to build custom reports and we have to do some of our reconciliation offline since it's not really feasible easily on the platform (ex: deferred revenue reconciliation).
