Having a single repository of customer, data and information has been the tremendous upgrade to our previous 'system' where everyone's notes and info were siloed on their individual computer systems. This has improved our continuity and track ability with fewer, if any, client inquiries falling through the cracks.

Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

Only Issue we are having is sync engine not performing as we want - Method team is very active in helping to resolve anything that happens.
