Executive
Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

They start small but it's very complex and old system. Their automation fails frequently. There are a lot of bugs and when reported it takes years to fix; once it gets fixed new ones pop up. The staff are not well trained and don't have good internal communication.
