Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

There's a bit of a learning curve, especially for those not used to CRM systems. Some parts of the setup and customization felt a bit technical, and we needed some outside help to get everything the way we wanted. Also, the licensing costs can add up if you're adding advanced features.
