Private boards—especially for executive-level visibility—require an upgrade, which feels like a basic feature that should be standard. There are also limits on the number of CRM boards.

I was on a 25k contacts yearly plan with ActiveCampaign for $3,456.00 that included unlimited email sends. The following year they charged my card for $4,012.20 and reduced the email sends from unlimited to 300k per month. When I emailed them to ask for a refund of the difference and to be put back on the plan I signed up for with unlimited sends, they said it's not possible.
