It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are great. I like ease of implementation and integration into our systems.

Zoho CRM is very simple to use, the User interface is great and the data provided by Zoho CRM is precise. The tool also allows you to get filtered information & has a good automation capability.

Some annoying bugs. For example, when I click on the inbox button on the sidebar, it often shows me an email and I have to click it again to see the list of those I have received. And another example is that in drafts, some emails remain that do not disappear when discarded, and I have to reconnect the link with the email.
