It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are great. I like ease of implementation and integration into our systems.

Some annoying bugs. For example, when I click on the inbox button on the sidebar, it often shows me an email and I have to click it again to see the list of those I have received. And another example is that in drafts, some emails remain that do not disappear when discarded, and I have to reconnect the link with the email.
