Track, prioritize and allocate all bugs
We are using this template to help us track, prioritize and allocate all bugs that we have on the platform.
We created a funnel-like board that allows us to make sure we get all the relevant information before handing it over to the R&D department.
New bugs that are reported by our users or reported by one of our employees are entered in the “New” group.
Once we see that this has all the information needed, the pulse is then moved to the “Filtered” group where one of our R&D team leaders will prioritize and assign the developer in charge of solving this bug.
Getting started tips
Since its funnel-like board, all new bugs should be placed in the "new" group and move to the different groups according to the severity.

Why we love this template
I can easily see how many bugs we have open on our system. How many of them can affect the customer satisfaction and should be prioritized and how many are reported internally.
This data can help us reply back to our clients and let them know when the issue that they have reported should be fixed.
