Agile Sprint (for our two week sprints)
We utilize this template for planning and executing our agile sprints each week. We are currently a small team of 5, but as we expand, each team (dev, sales, marketing, etc.) will have their own set of this template for each sprint. But currently it houses all teams on one board.
We spend time planning each user story, then tasking it out underneath as pulses. We assign estimated time to each pulse, and the user story (group) gets an annotated story point on the right side in parenthesis.
We then track who is doing what, and the current status (including "stuck" for our roadblocks) as the two weeks go on. When we get ready to push new code, we assign ourselves to test user stories and then set the testing status'.
Before this we used post-it notes on the wall. It was messy.
Getting started tips
For us, each board is a Sprint. We utilize the whole board as the current workload for the next two weeks.
Then, each group is a user story. User stories should be stated as "As a _____, I need to _____, in order to ______." For example: "As a founder, I need to get my paperwork together for the accelerator program, in order to be fully prepared when we get there."
We then play planning poker to determine how much "work" that user story will be, and note it to the right of the user story in the header with parenthesis. If you're unfamiliar with story points, they are just an estimation of how hard/how much work a task will be and come in funny numbers such as 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, 100 and infinity.
Then we task it out. What are all the individual things that need to be done for that user story to be complete, and those are our pulses. We then set our pulses an estimation of time - and yet again, we vote on it as a team. We all determine the amount of hours it will take to complete the task until we are all in agreement. This isn't a set-in-stone time frame, just an estimate, but it helps us gauge how much work we put into each sprint.
Once we've planned, everyone picks what they want to work on, assigns themselves to it and goes. Once complete, we test.

Why we love this template
This template is how we utilize our agile methodology in a digital way. We can take it wherever we go and everyone is always on the same page. We don't lose things, and we keep track of roadblock so much easier than before. This template keeps us productive, aware and transparent with the team.
Without this template I would
Cry. Lose track of who's doing what. Be unaware of what's going on with my team. Have a really no good very bad terrible awful horrible no good bad day. But seriously, without this template I'd lose complete track of what's going on and while I'm spending so much time on the road away from my team, it's hard enough to keep it all together and have our daily standups. This board saves my life.
