Manage graphic design projects
My designer and I use it to develop and track graphic design projects for our organization. I post upcoming projects, assign due dates, and then can assign them to the designer or myself. ALL our communication happens on this board: drafts of projects, feedback and edits needed, price quotes, brainstorming. The columns help track the status of each project, if it is ready to go to print or if it is waiting for feedback from a manager.
Getting started tips
You can create different groups of pulses for different kinds of projects. Then just enter a project into a group, assign it to some one, set a due date, and type in the notes section the basic details of the project (audience, text being used, size, design specifications,etc.).

Why we love this template
It's super easy to see the status of projects at a quick glance. I can quickly see how busy we are, if we are hitting our deadlines, and if we have room to take on new projects. It's also wonderful to have ALL the information around one project in a thread on each pulse, rather than having that information spread out through multiple email chains. This is super helpful when you have 5-10 projects happening at one time. Instead of chasing down multiple emails to see the project status or what is needed to move ahead, I can just pull up this template and click on the project and all the info is there and up-to-date.

I would be spending a lot more time chasing email threads and Google Drive spreadsheets trying to have a grasp on our project status. Monday has been an enormous time saver!
