Manage teams and track each member's work
I assign tasks to all the team members. I want to make sure that each team member always has something to do. Not only that, before I start a major project, Monday helps me to break down a big assignment to multiple smaller tasks. This helps me to allocate my time for different tasks efficiently.
Getting started tips
To begin, the manager should have a list of names of all the team members. It is helped to know if they are based on-site or remote. Then make a list of tasks that need to be done for a project. Take your best guess and assign a deadline and a team member to each task.

Why we love this template
This ensures that everyone knows what they have to do in a given time. When someone has a question, they can easily ask any of the team members and get their feedback. With that, even the manager can properly ensure that everything is functioning properly and can aid people who need help.
Without this template I would
have to email each team member individually. If or she had a question that I could not help with, then I would have to email everyone in the group and forward their reply back to the person who needed help. I will also be unable to check upon each team member's work and their progress.
