Managing sales process from our sales team
Our Sales team use the features of Monday in their day to day task. For us the most important feature about a CRM is the sales tracking. We have a lot of recurring sales and it is important to be able to have all the infos about a project in the same dashboard. That's why we created the template DEALS.

This board let us manage about everything from any project. Every row tells us the project/customer, the updates about the deal, the deal status, the date of the contract, the place of the contract, the value of the contract and the average amount of dollars per sale. Every sales rep has it's own section on this board.

Once we gave an estimate to the customer we enter a row in the DEALS board. That is where everything start for us after prospecting. From there we are able to track our sales from the estimate to the post mortem with the customer. We change the status of the pulse has the deal evolve. Also, the sales status helps the sales rep to really complete the sales process like YOU want it to be completed. Nothing is forget because every status is an action.

This board is basically the working sheet of any sales rep in our company. After prospection, they work in that board 99% of the time spent in our office. Plus, our sales director can get a really fast sneak peak of the sales of every sales rep and see what they bring to the table in real time. No need to manage anything since the sales rep itself manage it's very own dashboard in the DEAL template.

Getting started tips
This is a simple template to track our sales rep sales pipeline up to date. From hot lead management to billing process, everything you need is there. We can track with this board: Name of the project, status, value of each project, notes, updates along the sale, average of sales for each rep and more!
Without this template I would
Not be able to see what my sales team work on and to track anything from their hot leads to the billing process. Plus, I wouldn't be able to make them call back their customers or their hot leads for next year sales!
