What are the changes made to the Marketplace Listing Terms?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve refined the language in the Marketplace Listing Terms to clarify your responsibilities and rights, especially around app listing, revenue share, user privacy, and using monday.com\u2019s brand assets. These updates aim to make the terms easier to understand and follow, so please review them thoroughly to see how they may impact your app.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the new revenue share model, and how will it affect my app earnings?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Starting September 1, 2024, monday.com will charge a percentage of applicable apps earnings as outlined in our <\/span>documentation<\/span><\/a>. Revenue share will be deducted from payments received from Users for your App along with other applicable fees and taxes before payment to you. If your app is using a third-party payment processor (applicable for apps which were listed before July 1, 2024), you\u2019ll need to report your app earnings and related information to monday.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

What happens if my app is deprecated, and what are my responsibilities during the Wind-Down Period?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

If your app is deprecated, you must continue to support existing subscriptions during the Wind-Down Period. This includes keeping the app functional, providing updates. You must also keep your app Users informed of the deprecation of your app and offer support during the Wind-Down Period<\/span>.<\/b><\/p>\n

What are my responsibilities regarding user privacy and data handling in the Marketplace?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

You must ensure your app complies with privacy laws, obtain User consent for collecting User data and you must provide Users with options to access, delete, or export their data. You must provide your Users with App Terms, including a clear privacy policy. In case of a data breach, you must inform us and follow our guidance.<\/span><\/p>\n

How can I use monday.com\u2019s brands with my app?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

You can use monday.com\u2019s logos and trademarks to promote your app, but only in accordance with monday.com instructions and <\/span>monday.com brand guidelines<\/span><\/a>. Avoid suggesting an official partnership unless approved. Misuse of monday.com\u2019s assets could result in your app being removed from the Marketplace.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
