Welcome to the Partner Distribution Program (the \u201cProgram<\/strong>\u201d). Please read carefully these Partner Distribution Program Terms and Conditions (\u201cPartner Distribution Terms<\/strong>\u201d), and don\u2019t enter into the Program if you don\u2019t agree to be bound by these Partner Distribution Terms.<\/p>\n

  1. By accepting these Partner Distribution Terms or by enrolling to the Program you agree and acknowledge that (i) you are not relying on any representation or statement other than as expressly set forth in these Partner Distribution Terms; and (ii) that you have full legal authority to enter into these Partner Distribution Terms.<\/li>\n
  2. Governing Terms<\/strong>. These Partner Distribution Terms together with the monday.com Marketplace Listing Terms<\/a> incorporated herein by reference, govern your participation in the Program. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the monday.com Marketplace Listing Terms. In case of any contradiction between these Partner Distribution Terms and the monday.com Marketplace Listing Terms, the Partner Distribution Terms shall prevail.<\/li>\n
  3. Participation<\/strong>. you agree that monday.com\u2019s Partners (\u201cPartner<\/strong>\u201d) may promote and market your App, using a unique ID code allocated to them by monday.com (\u201cReferral Link<\/strong>\u201d), or in any other form as monday.com may establish and communicate to you. For each Partner\u2019s qualified transaction, as tracked and ascribed to Partner through the Referral Link (\u201cQualified Transactio<\/strong>n\u201d), monday.com will deduct a Partner Fee (as defined below).<\/li>\n
  4. Partner Fee.<\/strong> monday.com will deduct a partner fee of 15%, from each Qualified Transaction calculated from the Net App Revenue (\u201cPartner Fee<\/strong>\u201d). The Partner Fee shall be added to the undisputed fee deductions as applicable under Section 4(c) of the Marketplace Listing Terms. monday.com shall deduct the Partner Fee for a consecutive period of two (2) years for each Qualified Transaction. monday.com reserves the right to change the rate of the Partner Fee or the period it is charged by providing you a thirty (30) days written notice (\u201cFee Update<\/strong>\u201d), in case of a Fee Update, the updated Partner Fee shall apply to new Qualified Transactions from the day of Fee Update. It is expressly clarified, that the Partner Fee shall survive termination of these Partner Distribution Terms.<\/li>\n
  5. Term and Termination<\/strong>. The Partner Distribution Terms will remain in effect until the earlier of, termination of this Program, or your participation in the Partner Distribution Program has ended. You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, by providing monday.com with a 30 days written notice. monday.com, at its sole discretion and without liability to you, may terminate your participation in the Program.<\/li>\n
  6. Feedback<\/strong>. The Program is made available to you for the purpose of providing feedback to monday.com. As a participant in the Program you may be required to participate in activities such as interviews and questionnaires in order to provide such feedback.<\/li>\n
  7. Qualification<\/strong>. monday.com may determine qualification criteria for participation in the Program, and may at its sole discretion approve or deny any application to participate in the Program.<\/li>\n
  8. Survival<\/strong>. Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 will survive expiration or termination of these Partner Distribution Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
