The law governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for private-sector organizations in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How is monday.com complying with the PIPEDA?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>monday.com is committed to compliance with the requirements of the PIPEDA and its underlying principles, where it applies to our data processing activities.
