Social Media Team Lead

  •'s marketing team is growing and we're looking for a talented Social Media Team Lead. As our Social Media Team Lead, you will manage our Social Media team and work directly with the marketing team to enhance our brand and grow our vast network of users across social media and within our online communities. You will be responsible for managing our's online presence on different social networks to help achieve the company’s marketing and business goals.

    The Role
    • Create an effective long-term strategy for each channel and community to drive brand awareness.
    • Own's online presence across different social networks.
    • Work in coordination with our marketing team to create an successful strategy for thought leadership content and posts.
    • Adapt the tone and voice into all social media content to ensure brand consistency.
    • Manage campaigns, communities, and day-to-day posting on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
    • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures etc.).
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
    • Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule while meeting KPIs.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
    • Develop benchmark metrics to effectively measure and report on the results of social media programs and campaigns.
    • Monitor relevant trends, brands, and industry conversations online.

    Your Experience & Skills
    • 3-5 years experience in social media marketing. Experience managing: Facebook and YouTube – Must. Linkedin, Twitter & Instagram - Advantage.
    • Hands-on experience in marketing, especially content marketing.
    • Experience developing strategies across social media and digital marketing areas.
    • Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings.
    • Creativity and innovation with the power to execute them.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
    • Ability to work within a team and independently.
    • Native English – Must.
