Bookkeeper

  • We׳re looking for a highly motivated and organised Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company's extensive growth.

    The Role
    • Recording A/P invoices and employee expenses
    • Issuing A/R invoices
    • Managing the corporate credit cards
    • Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries and cut-off accounts
    • Prepare and manage month end and mid-month payments
    • Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
    • Assisting with payroll issues – update of new employees, terminations, leave, vacation, military reserve, etc
    Your Experience & Skills
    • Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 2
    • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience - must
    • Experience in high-tech companies - an advantage
    • English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
    • Experience with ERP systems – must (Priority – advantage)
    • Strong Excel skills - must
    • Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Team player and service-oriented
    • High attention to details
    • This is a full-time position.
