Help Desk Specialist

  • monday.com is looking for a Help Desk Specialist as a part of the IT team, supporting 300+ internal users and responding to all Help Desk tickets in a Dynamic environment. Maintaining an active inventory of all IT assets, setting up new users, and assorted other IT related tasks.

    The Role
    • Stay user focused and quickly respond to technical requests either by phone, tickets, mail or in-person
    • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and network issues
    • Redirect to others as needed. Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention
    • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
    • Respond to business critical emergencies
    • Manage company assets / software license distribution
    Your Experience & Skills
    • 2+ years proven working experience in help desk and IT supporting in 100+ users
    • Excellent ability to install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware, software (Mac OS X- must, Windows- big advantage)
    • Experience with G-suite / Microsoft Office 365
    • Customer service oriented, strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • Knowledge in JAMF - advantage
    • Proficiency in English and Hebrew- must
