We are looking for a recruitment coordinator to ensure have the best candidate experience and quality support to our recruiting team. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with recruiting leads and managers on project initiatives to streamline our interview process as it relates to creating a wow experience for every candidate.

    The Role

    • Create and maintain “Fine”, “best in class” candidate experience processes
    • Manage the operational aspect of the recruitment from welcoming candidates to initiate new
    • Coordinating the post interview debrief ,meetings and providing de brief materials
    • Schedule phones, interviews, hiring committees and more
    • Support additional projects within executive recruiting team
    • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency 
    • Monitoring the recruitment processes
    • develop project initiatives to streamline our interview process, as it relates to the candidate experience
    Your Experience & Skills
    • Administrative/ Operational experience
    • Customer service focus
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail and team­ oriented
    • A fast learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
    • Experience in a similar role in start up environment- Advantage
