The focus of this role is to assess, coach, recruit hands on and influence the business as we scale and evolve, enabling our teams to accomplish amazing things.

    The Role
    • Provide strategic HR partnership to the business leaders and the teams you support to enhance their growth and impact
    • Hands-On recruiting for different roles; sourcing, phone interviews, in-person interviews and more
    • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
    • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
    • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
    • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
    • Suggest new HR strategies
    • Responsibility on employee life cycle
    Your Experience & Skills
    • 10+ years of HR experience - at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner - Must
    • Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues
    • Effective influencer, communication, and interpersonal skills; great listener
    • Excellent problem solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently
    • Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment
    • Analytical and goal oriented
