  • is growing and so is our HR team. We are looking for an HR Business Partner, who will partner with our teams. The focus of this role is to assess, coach, recruiting hands on and influence the business as we scale and evolve, enabling our teams to accomplish amazing things. We need someone who is just as passionate about the culture as they are about the work they are doing in the business.

    The Role
    • Hands-On recruiting for different roles; sourcing, phone interviews, in-person interviews and more
    • Provide strategic HR partnership to the business leaders and the teams you support to enhance their growth and impact
    • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
    • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
    • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
    • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
    • Suggest new HR strategies
    • Employee life cycle
    Your Experience & Skills
    • 2+ years of experience in an organization as an HR BP.
    • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter (expertise and passion for recruitment hands-on)
    • Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience as a business partner or equivalent in a rapidly growing technology environment.
    • Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues.
    • Effective influencer, communication, and interpersonal skills; great listener.
    • Excellent problem solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently.
    • Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment.
    • Analytical and goal oriented
    • Fluent English
    • BS degree in Human Resources or related field((not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
