  • We're scaling rapidly and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Representative to join our awesome team.

    We are looking for an effective communicator, a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling.

    The Business Development Representative will be responsible to reach out to decision-makers and to create sales opportunities for the team.

    The Role
    • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects via phone and email
    • Use lead generation methodologies and tools to build accurate and targeted lists of prospects
    • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors
    • Update lead and prospect activity to ensure effective lead management
    • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections through education
    • Continuously look for ways to improve our processes
    • Exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly lead development targets
    Your Experience & Skills
    • Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
    • Native or Fluent English
    • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Self-starter, goal orientated
    • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
    • Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus
