We're scaling rapidly and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Representative to join our awesome team.
We are looking for an effective communicator, a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling.
The Business Development Representative will be responsible to reach out to decision-makers and to create sales opportunities for the team.
- Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects via phone and email
- Use lead generation methodologies and tools to build accurate and targeted lists of prospects
- Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors
- Update lead and prospect activity to ensure effective lead management
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections through education
- Continuously look for ways to improve our processes
- Exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly lead development targets
- Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
- Native or Fluent English
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, goal orientated
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
- Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus
