Procurement Manager

  • As a Procurement Manager you will lead the procurement processes of the company. You will be responsible for the purchasing of information systems, goods or services and ensures that we obtain quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion. You will play an integral role in ensuring a company sticks to budgets and operates profitably.

    The Role


    • Liaises with the teams to determine their procurement needs
    • Build and manage ongoing relationships with suppliers, and act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
    • Negotiate with suppliers the contracts terms and pricing
    • Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
    • Monitors business trends to pay the best price for company goods and services
    • Develops and implements procurement strategies and processes
    • Work with the legal team to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
    • Work with the finance team on budget and actual spend analysis
    Your Experience & Skills
    • 4+ Experience as a procurement expert
    • 3+ years of experience in technological procurement and negotiation techniques
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Data analysis skills
    • Good business instincts
    • Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions
