HR Coordinator

  • is constantly growing and scaling and so is our HR team! We are looking for an HR Coordinator to ensure have the best people experience and quality support to our HR team. In addition, the HR Coordinator will take part on operating projects and tasks in which related to multiple teams.

    The Role
    • Help facilitate all basic Human Resources functions from candidate experience to onboarding and company events
    • Create and maintain “best in class” candidate experience processes 
    • Manage the operational aspect of the recruitment from welcoming candidates to monitoring the hiring processes.
    • Schedule phone calls, interviews, hiring committees and more.
    • Identifying opportunities for improving our HR processes.
    • Organizing meetups, company events and more.
    • Responsibility for facilitate of the onboarding new hires.
    Your Experience & Skills
    • Administrative/ Operational experience
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Detail and team­ oriented
    • Customer service focus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A fast learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
    • Experience in a similar role in start up environment- Advantage
