R&D Coordinator

  • is constantly growing and scaling and so is our HR team! We are looking for an R&D Coordinator to ensure have the best people experience and quality support to our HR team. In addition, the R&D Coordinator will take part on operating projects and tasks in which related to the R&D team.

    The Role
    • Help facilitate all basic Human Resources functions from candidate experience to onboarding and company events
    • Create and maintain “best in class” R&D candidate experience processes 
    • Manage the operational aspect of the recruitment from welcoming candidates to monitoring the hiring processess.
    • Schedule phone calls, interviews, hiring committees and more
    • Identifying opportunities for improving our HR processes
    • Organizing meetups, company events and more
    • Responsibliity for facilitate of the onboarding new hires
    Your Experience & Skills
    • Administrative/ Operational experience
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Detail and team­ oriented
    • Customer service focus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A fast learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
    • Experience in a similar role in start up environment- Advantage
