We’re looking for a travel and office administrator to join our awesome team. Your everyday goal is to take care of the well-being of our team by monitoring the office space and maintaining equipment, office consumables, service delivery, suppliers and more.
The ideal candidate is a natural self-starter with strong organizational skills, but also one that enjoys interacting with people and provide support and services to both employees and management. This is a unique opportunity to work in a growing company and gain valuable professional experience.
- Responsible for creating itineraries, ticketing and final documentation etc.
- Maintain up to date knowledge for accommodation in each destination
- Responsible for meetups and offsites administration
- Order and manage office supply
- Support the facilities team where necessary
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented
- Confident communication skills
