Office And Travel Administrator

  • We’re looking for a travel and office administrator to join our awesome team. Your everyday goal is to take care of the well-being of our team by monitoring the office space and maintaining equipment, office consumables, service delivery, suppliers and more.

    The ideal candidate is a natural self-starter with strong organizational skills, but also one that enjoys interacting with people and provide support and services to both employees and management. This is a unique opportunity to work in a growing company and gain valuable professional experience.

    The Role


    • Responsible for creating itineraries, ticketing and final documentation etc. 
    • Maintain up to date knowledge for accommodation in each destination 
    • Responsible for meetups and offsites administration
    • Order and manage office supply 
    • Support the facilities team where necessary 
    Your Experience & Skills


    • Strong administration skills
    • Ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented
    • Confident communication skills 
    • High attention to details and accuracy 
    • Proactive work approach 
    • Team player 
    • Fluent English and Hebrew
    • BA – Advantage
