Head of SEO

  • monday.com is growing and looking for a Head of SEO to be responsible for developing and rolling out the SEO strategy for all monday's key markets. This includes the creation, implementation and measurement of a global organic search strategy. This position requires strategic expertise, management experience, and operational superpowers. 

    The Role
    • Develop and own the global SEO strategy including responsibility for global strategy, performance, and reporting related to traffic, lead, and sales goals
    • Recruit & directly manage a fast growing SEO team
    • Manage the day-to-day operations, goal setting, career development, performance management, and growth of the SEO team
    • Analyze, prioritize, and execute recommendations from SEO Strategists working in regions around the world
    • Partnering with the user acquisition team to support the growth of our free software signups globally.
    • Work cross-functionally to drive website-related projects to successful outcomes
    • Inspire innovation, action, and accountability on your team and in the department; empower others for success in their roles to meet channel goals


    Your Experience & Skills
    • 2+ years of Managerial SEO experience
    • 5+ years of SEO hands on Marketing experience in a fast-growing compaies
    • Real passion for excellence: Proactivity in looking for opportunities where the team/business can improve whether it be operationally, functionally, process or performance.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and get them excited about and invested in your projects and campaigns
    • Excellent analytical abilities. You can deep dive on data but also explain the concept at a higher level.
    • Good understanding of acquisition marketing overall and how SEO fits into this.
    • The ability to juggle multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams at once.
