Team Concierge

  • monday.com is constantly growing and scaling and so is our Operations team! We are looking for a Team Concierge to ensure monday.com employees have the best indoor services. In addition, the Team Concierge will take part of operating projects and tasks related to the indoor daily office issues.

    The Role


    • Shipping and delivery: Be in charge of the office shipping mail and packages, pick up and send both domestic and international. 
    • Supply: Help to manage the general office supply stock and project-related supplies, keep supply room organized and clean.
    • Events: Engage the spirit of monday.com by helping host events and celebrations either in the office or offsite.
    • Concierge: Work closely with the Operations team and handle a wide range of daily tasks and requests for employees




    Your Experience & Skills
    • Strong belief in customer service and professionalism
    • Prioritization, organization, communication and multitasking skills 
    • Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team.
    • Own a motorbike and a valid driving license
