So what is exactly the agent factory? The agent factory is a standalone product that allows you to create any type of AI agent from a simple prompt in your own language. You can build your own AI agent for any business use case you can think of. Let's see it in action. This is the homepage of the agent factory and you can see that there are already some different AI agents that were created. Each one for different purposes. In order to fully understand what we have built, imagine this. We have just wrapped up one of the biggest conference of the year, the elevate in London. Thousands of people attended, thousands of sessions, ton of energy. Now it's time for the most important part, learning from our audience. We want to collect the feedback. What worked? What didn't? What to improve for the next year. In the old world, the process looked painful. We would export a long list of attendees, create an email campaign, maybe send a follow-up SMS, and wait. But the problem is that the rate for opening these kind of messages is super low below 5%. Because people just ignore or delete those messages. So what do we do? We start calling one by one hours of manual work, chasing people, leaving voicemails trying to collect some insights. By the time we get enough responses, it's already too late to act on them. Now, let's fast forward to today. With the agents factory, we can automate all of this without losing the personal touch that makes feedback collection effective. Let's see how we can build an agent within minutes and make it work for us. So, let's press on the create agent tab. I have a pre-made prompt asking to create an agent that will act as a feedback collector. I also added the three questions I wanted to go through when talking to the attendees. And I also added the logic for sending an offline communication if the attendee is not answering the phone because I don't want to miss any opportunity of gathering feedback. By making this run, the agent is getting the logic that it needs behind the scene and within seconds I'm getting the AI agent. Let's wait a couple of seconds and we have Cena. Cassenia is our new AI agent that should collect our feedback. Soia has a purpose. You can see that the name is Cena and you collect feedback from attendees of the Monday elevate 2025. And of course you can edit or customize in your own language all of those. Cena has some capabilities to conduct feedback calls to wait for the answers and to send follow-up emails. Then it has available tools such as sending emails. And of course, you can add other tools from the list above such as calendar, slack, and more will be added in the future. Then has the approach, the execution guidelines, and more information about how she can acts. If I will press on the font tab, we can adjust and add more customization to such as defining the name of the agent. We can control how the call starts and of course we can customize the intro message. And then we can control the voice. So we can choose a specific voice, we can choose a language and we can define the speech speed of our agent and also adding background noise or enable callback scheduling. And of course we can add different variables to the engagement. Those are the variables that I have added such as that in the name that in the email and of course we can add more and more variables that Cena will use during the engagement and by pressing on add tools we can just add more tools that will be used during the engagement. So before making a test, we can also add some triggers such as a list of attendees from a CSV file. We can schedule from a calendar. We can add a web hook or API calls.
