We're very excited to be here for Elevate 2025. Yeah. For me, uh, it's a very exciting event. Not just because of being here in London with all of you, our customers, our partners, not because it's the biggest elevate to date we've done in London, but because of the amazing content you're going to hear the next two days. What you're going to hear the next two days is something that you never heard before. A new way to use technology, a new way to use software. We've executed a lot during the last year. We've done a lot of work on our product, on our existing products, and on new products. And I'm sure that after the next two days, what you would be able to achieve with software is going to dramatically change. Before we begin, I need all of you to read this very quickly and click on I agree. No, I'm kidding. Uh obviously, we're going to share with you a lot of confidential information, but uh we love to share that a lot of things we're working on and new products we're going to launch. So I started with mentioning the technology leap that we going through as as a society with AI what you should expect from software is dramatically changing and I I want to explain u what's behind it so all of you is using work software you're all using Monday and probably using other work software in your day-to-day and it doesn't matter if it's a CRM you're using or a work management tool or a service management software. I think that over the last 20 years there's a lot of there was a lot of progress with the way we use software but essentially let's say you use the CRM so you manage the context and deals within the CRM but still the vast majority of the job to be done meaning calling the customer building a deck um following up with a customer was down outside of the tool. Same goes for work management. Let's say you manage your project, your task, your workflows. Still doing the actual work was done mostly outside of the tool. Yeah, we use automations, integration. Yeah, we increase efficiency over time, but the vast majority of work was still down done outside of the tool. And this is changing now with AI. And over the over the next two days, you're gonna hear how Monday evolves into not just helping you manage the work, but actually doing the work to help you become much more efficient and just to help you scale with technology. And this is groundbreaking. This is a a transformation like never before of what you can achieve with software today. I think another important point which I want to emphasize and we're going to talk a lot about this in the next two days is about about AI capabilities and how to actually use them. So in order to do that I want to appreciate some audience participation. Can you please raise your hand if you use you know ChetPT or Gemini uh chatted with a AI in the last let's say month. Okay so this is like well me as well. So this is like 90% of the people raise their hands. Now if you can please raise your hand if in the last 2 months or so you've been using AI in a way that transformed the way you work completely like you use AI to automate vast majority of what you do on the day-to-day. Okay, this is like 5% of the audience and this is exactly what we're going to talk about because you know AI is such an amazing technology. Everywhere you go, you hear AI, AI, AI. My mom is is called me and say there's what is this AI thing? You know it's everywhere. But did it actually change how we work on a day-to-day basis? Not really. There's such a huge gap between the technology and how it evolves and how we as organizations actually adopt it and how much it transformed how we work on our day-to-day. And I feel over the next two days with new features and innovations and new products we're going to show you this will change. My hope is that you're going to walk out after those two days and you're going to work differently going forward. So hopefully we'll be able to bridge that gap between what the technology can offer and what you can leverage in your day-to-day work. And through that uh it's also a very important announcement for us as a company to say we're changing our mission. Maybe changing is a bit harsh but amplifying our mission. Our mission was always to help you manage the core work of your business. And this is now changing. We actually changed the northstar of our own company of what we want our clients to achieve. So not just manage work but actually doing the work for you. And this is what you should expect from Monday to do for you going forward. Not just help you manage work but actually help you execute and do the work for you going forward. So very exciting and I hope uh you're going to learn a lot over the next two days. Cool. So, let's uh cover a little bit where we are as a company. As a company, we grew a lot. Like, look at the number of customers we have right now. It's 250,000 paying customers. It's amazing. It's a massive number and we're super proud of it. We're also uh very global as a company. We've opened up a lot of more offices to be closer to our customers and you know, service in different uh loces around the world. And also um the type of customers we have. We have over 200 different business industries. Like really literally people do anything with Monday. We have people running manufacturing plants, doing uh clinical trial research, managing it on us, uh managing tech companies, nontech companies, like really any different department. So it's crazy and it's something we're proud of and keep innovating on and and you know building on. It's been an exciting year. Okay. Throughout the year we've made like massive improvements to the platform uh to enable uh all of you to uh scale larger organizations to be able to manage more complex stuff, deeper stuff. And so let's see a little bit what we've done. Here's everything we delivered this year. So you can drive your business forward in 72 seconds or less. You want it to execute faster. Now prompts turn into workflows instantly. Projects break down with multi-level sub items. Cross project dependencies connect the bigger picture. And with AI blocks in your workflows, work doesn't just flow, it executes itself. You needed confidence at scale. Data validation keeps your data reliable from the start. While our enterprisegrade governance and security keeps your sensitive data safe. You wanted to see ahead. The AI risk analyzer spots issues before they hit. Reports ready, dashboards exported, and now it's easier than ever to steer your organization in the right direction. Oh, and did we mention all this? These are the capabilities that shaped Monday.com this year. Thank you to all of you for helping us make Monday even better. Here's to building what's next. Um, cool. So now we can talk a little bit about some customer examples after we shared all that. So Aron will start with uh some food and beverage. Yeah. Um, so we want to highlight some customers that uh are using Monday because like Roy mentioned uh Monday is deployed across so many different business verticals. Literally everybody, every information worker uh is a potential user of Monday. So we wanted to highlight a few of our customers. So the first one we want to highlight is McDonald's. Um so actually McDonald's uh is using Monday um to deliver fries uh and the FIFA uh women world cup. And this is amazing because it's such a complex operation. Over 31,000 sets of fries uh were delivered using Monday. And you can see that um they've been leveraging a lot of our products anywhere from of course Monday itself and Monday work forums and automations and multiv- view boards. Uh so they've been using mainly work management but it's amazing to see a real life operation being executed and done uh within Monday. Uh so that's McDonald's and of course like Roy mentioned uh fries actually make you thirsty. So PepsiCo is also a Monday customer. Uh so actually uh PepsiCo used Monday on a day-to-day operation uh to make sure grocery stores are always stocked and this is a massive operation as you can imagine and you can see the ROI they got out of this. So they managed to reduce work by 30% and they're also been used in a lot of Monday features uh anywhere from our automations and dashboards and templates that we have. So it's amazing again to see real life examples of how company leverage technology to become much more efficient. And of course, we need some healthy uh groceries because fries and and beverages will not do it. So, Instacart is another one of our customers uh which we probably all know. And they actually launched their big game ad using monday.com. So, I don't know if you had a chance to see it's a great ad. It was built, designed, and executed on top of the Monday platform. Just one team um of many teams using Monday within Instacart. uh that they've been using automation and dashboards uh throughout the platform. So this is just example uh of three uh customers using Monday different ways to execute work and I'll let Roy do the next three. Yeah. Um so also homicide is being uh solved with Monday and uh they use us for like u a lot of things to track what they do. This is like one customer we don't want to scale. Yeah, but it is very diverse and cool. Probably a big sign of relief when they click on done by those uh Yeah, I don't know. We also have a hospital using us across two different products. They use work forms to collect data, canvas to manage it also automations, integrations like really complex use case and and it's really cool for something that is not so uh tech or it's not a tech company. Amazing. and uh David Yurman amazing. So they run PMO and really happy to have them as a customer. Our vision as Aron said continue to advanced. Okay. If we were about managing work, we are now adding to the vision uh doing the work uh itself and I want to go through with you like some on some of the things high level that you're going to hear today. We're going we're released a lot of different products. So three different main areas for AI. One is unlimited workforce. Okay, AI brings us those capabilities and for that area we have agent factory uh which is really cool. You can build any agent you want and also Monday sidekick that helps you do the work inside the platform. Daniel will talk all about it. Uh the other part is software is infinite right like we see it you can vibe code stuff you can create AI can create software and allows you to build more stuff I don't know if you've had a chance to experience Vivo already Monday Vibe already but you can build any part of Monday that you want with Vibe h and also Monday magic which is like a solution engineer you can just like dump all your problems on it and it'll be like the perfect solution explain it to you show video. It's amazing. And our product suite which you are enhancing with AI doing the shift from not only managing things within the product suite but also doing the actual work in those products. Again, Danielle will elaborate. Learning from Elevate in New York. We created a slide that you can take a photo right now so you'll have all the URLs and know where you can try those products today. by the way it's okay that uh you know right now it's sounds confusing so many products so many new names but this is exactly we're going to go through in Daniel session and also throughout the next two days we're going to explain about each one I can share that each one of those products is equally exciting um some of those actually blew my mind when I first saw them because just what you could expect from those products it's not something I've seen before and all of them are live so you actually can go like Roy said uh go to those URLs use it within the platform form and already start leveraging this new technology in your day-to-day work.
