Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Elevate 2022 event by monday.com Ltd. (the “Event”; and respectively “monday.com”). These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and participation at the Event. By registration, attendance or entrance to the Event you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  1. General

    To participate in the event, you must complete the online registration process at elevate2022.monday.com/register. By completing the registration, you confirm that: (i) the information you provided in the registration process is true and accurate; (ii) you are not subject to any restriction that will restrict you from participating in the Event. monday.com reserves the right to not approve your registration and/or restrict access to the Event at its sole discretion.
  2. Participation Rules (Code of Conduct)

    1. monday.com aims to provide a beneficial, educational, enjoyable and safe experience for all attendees of the Event, and as the Event is conducted through a public platform, where details about you are visible to others, therefore, all participants, employees, vendors, sponsors and anyone who attends an event must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards all attendees. To do so, Attendees must comply with the instructions of the event organizers and report to them of any unacceptable behavior.
    2. You undertake that during your participation at the event, you will not present, upload, send, screen and/or in any way present any illegal or immoral content; content that contradicts the public interest, including, without limitation, defamatory content, offensive/hate content, content that breaches any Intellectual Property rights or any third party's rights, any content that violates the privacy of another, any content which contains pornography or adult content, child abuse or animal abuse, content which attacks or demeans a group based on religion, ethnic origin, disability, gender, age and sexual orientation, content which is misleading, fraudulent, obscene, distasteful, or any content which harms the monday.com’s brand and reputation and/or any content which include hidden advertisements or messages (collectively “Restricted Content”).
    3. monday.com and/or anyone acting on its behalf (including, third-party suppliers) shall be entitled, according to its sole and absolute discretion, to prevent any participant who included such Restricted Content, from participating in the Event and/or to remove such Restricted Content. You will have no claim and/or demand in this regard.
  3. Intellectual Property

    1. All intellectual property rights (of any kind), including without limitation trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights etc., whether registered or not, related to the Event, any part thereof, including without limitation: contents, lectures, design and any other software, application, code, graphic, text and other materials, whether in source code, in object code or in external interface, is and shall at all times remain the sole property of the monday.com and/or applicable third parties.
    2. You understand that monday.com will be recording and photographing the Event, presentations, testimonials, interviews, work sessions, and the like, and recordings of your activities related to the Event, whether by video, audio, photographic or other means (“Recordings”). You hereby authorize monday.com to use, copy, edit, publish, distribute and exploit such Recordings, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for promotional and other marketing or commercial purposes. monday.com has no obligation to make use of any of the Recordings. monday.com will not use the Recordings to disparage the reputations of the participants.
  4. Privacy

    1. You consent to and confirm that the details provided by you, including, but not limited to, your name, place of work, association, likeness, photograph, voice, video recording, comments, and country of residence (the "Information") may be used by monday.com and/or anyone acting on it’s behalf, for the purpose of performing the Event and all the related activities and services surrounding the Event and for promotional and commercial purposes as listed under Section 3.2 above. You are under no legal obligation to provide the Information to monday.com and/or anyone acting on its behalf, and providing the Information is done under your own free will. If you decides to refrain from providing such Information, you will not be able to participate in the Event.
    2. You confirm that monday.com will be entitled to share your Information with third parties (such as contractors, affiliates, commercial partners, etc.) for the purposes mentioned above. Furthermore, you consent that monday.com and/or affiliated third parties as described above, may communicate you from time-to-time communications regarding the Event, and personalized commercial communications.
    3. Please refer to monday.com’s Privacy Policy, which describes monday.com’s practices and policies related to the collection, use, and storage of personal data.
  5. Miscellaneous

    1. Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, THE SITES, EVENT SITE AND SERVICES (WHERE APPLICABLE) ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MONDAY.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND VENDORS (INCLUDING, THE THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES AND/OR REPRESENTATIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY
    2. Breakdown. monday.com and/or anyone acting on its behalf will not be held responsible for any breakdown in communication systems or networks or computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
    3. Governing Law. Governing law and jurisdiction shall be the laws of Israel, and the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
    4. Modifications. monday.com may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
