Build an agent that joins your team. Win a Tesla.

The Agents on-board competition is your 24-hour challenge to create and submit a monday agent that helps your team work even better together.

Choose where you want to build

What is the Agent on-board award?

Many agents nowadays are built by one person, for one person. The Agents on-board competition invites you to take the next step: Build an agent, onboard it, and put it to work with 2 or more of your teammates on a workflow your team already runs.

The best agent entry is one that shows true promise in becoming an integral member of its team's core workflow. It knows how your team likes to work, has the context it needs to hit the ground running from Day 1, and takes real work off your team’s busy plates.

Judging criteria

Collaboration
The agent should have the ability to take part in a real workflow with 2 or more teammates. Show who the agent works with and how they work with each of them.
Storytelling
Tell the story of the problem your team faces right now. Back it with numbers, such as hours or money lost, and say what changes when the agent joins the team.
Technology
The more robust the build, the better. Go beyond a basic setup with AI Workflows, webhooks, or MCP to wow our judges.
Originality
Start with a agent template or build it from scratch. Either way, your agent should be more than an updates messenger. Think about a deep problem, then creatively solve for that.
