monday.com is looking for a Solution Consultant who will work closely with our business partners and with their clients (both existing and new prospects) to ensure monday.com delivers the best value to their business needs and challenges. You’ll join our Partners Team based in our headquarters Tel-Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

monday.com is looking for a Solution Consultant who will work closely with our business partners and with their clients (both existing and new prospects) to ensure monday.com delivers the best value to their business needs and challenges. You’ll join our Partners Team based in our headquarters Tel-Aviv, Israel.

  • Lead consultations, and workshops in order to educate our business partners and their customers on the features of our products.
  • Play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of monday.com.
  • Leading discoveries & organizational mapping workshops, ROI calculations, Proof- Of-Concept demonstrations, Use case planning, Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies.
  • Making recommendations for improvement, using computer models to test them and presenting findings to partners & customers.
  • Build strong relationships with our business partners and their clients. Understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com is taken to the next level.
  • Collaborate with partners & consulting firms in creating consulting offerings focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology.
  • Oversee complex multi-product projects and support multi-product solutions with monday.com partners.
  • Develop customer-facing programs that will help our business partners to execute effectively.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to lead the consulting aspect in large and complex sales processes.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in a consultancy firm as a strategic consultant. MBA degree – an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in the tech world as product manager, pre-sale, consultant or sales engineer. Working with business partners – an advantage.
  • Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams/partners.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Excellent technical project management skills, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plans.
  • Willingness to travel as required to partner/customer offices.
